Each company will have a 15 minute time slot to present about your company and anything you want candidates to know. You’ll want to prepare something to share during that time, but feel free to present or speak in the way most comfortable to you.
You’ll have the opportunity to have your jobs posted in the Terra.do app and to review any candidates who apply to those roles. You can (and should!) encourage participating candidates to apply to your open positions so you can engage with them directly.
We are actively marketing this fair to experienced, India-based tech and business professionals passionate about solving the climate crisis. You’ll likely see a diverse range of experiences and tech/business functions among the candidates attending, but all will be first and foremost motivated to work on climate.
