Harness the power of networks & community

Building and maintaining long-lasting professional relationships is an undervalued professional skill. Here's what it unlocks.

As many as 80% of jobs are never advertised online. Building your community and network opens up opportunities that you wouldn’t otherwise have access to.

Community is key. A decades-long climate career is a lot more fun with a team of friends to celebrate your wins and help you through the losses.

Relationships have the power to change a career. And it can be fun. We’ll explore networking through the lens of curiosity, playfulness, and authenticity.
